Francisco Lopez Barredo has been awarded the concession to operate the Terminal Especializada de Contenedores box handling facility at the Mexican port of Lazaro Cardenas. His bid included investment of US$7m compared with US$6.97m offered by ICAVE, US$4.41m by P&O Ports and US$3.86m by the Intercom consortium.
