After weeks of speculation that "something was cooking" between P&O Nedlloyd and PSA International in Italy, where the latter group has container handling interests, it has been announced that the two parties are to form a joint venture in Genoa which will give P&O Nedlloyd a dedicated terminal area in the Voltri Europa terminal complex.
