Dear Sir With some delay I was informed about the serious, but anonymous allegations of PSC malpractices in the port of Antwerp that you published in the Jan/Feb 2005 number of Port Strategy under the heading "Beware the Black Gang".
As head of the Belgian PSC division since 1998, I can only regret that you publish some wild accusations without verification of the facts.
