Rosneft commits Tuapse funding

The Russian port of Tuapse is to receive investment of more than $2bn from oil pipeline operator Rosneft, which intends to use the port as its main export outlet.
A new $45m berth is to be built capable of accommodating tankers of up to 100,000 dwt, whereas existing facilities are limited to 30,000 dwt-40,000 dwt vessels. Storage capacity will be boosted to 500,000 cu m per day.
