No space for Tampico terminal

The proposed multi-purpose terminal at the port of Tampico is not viable, because it will increase congestion in the surrounding urban area, a heavily touristic area, local sources have said.
The heavily populated surrounding area could put a stop to proposed Tampico terminal
Salvador Sanchez, head of Mexican Port Infrastructure for Altamira,said:“We have spent years in de-congesting the urban area, for which reason we build the port of Altamira, and now they're going to build a terminal right on the corner”, he said.
