TUI SELLS MONTRÉAL MAJORITY

TUI, owner of shipping line Hapag-Lloyd, has sold an 80% stake in Montréal Gateway Terminals to Morgan Stanley. The company acquired the initial stake after its buyout of CP Ships.

TUI has retained the other 20% and stressed that Hapag-Lloyd will remain one of the main clients of the terminal.
