Queensland tightens rations to beat congestion

Queensland coal producers will be subject to further exports rationing after Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal received interim authorisation to extend the terminal's queue management system.
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission decision is an interim measure to address the inflated queue stemming from Goonyella coal chain problems and bad weather.
