Singapore property price pull

Property prices in Singapore could make it difficult for authorities in that country to expand port facilities in the longer term, claim experts in Malaysia.
As a result, Malaysian ports may capture traffic from across the causeway, where queues to enter ports are beginning to lengthen.
Some marginal services are being displaced to neighbouring ports, while Maersk has added new service strings to Malaysian ports.
