Puerto Montt failed concession

The only bid to operate the Chilean Port of Montt, which was entered by construction company Luis Navarro, was judged to be non-compliant and the tender has been declared void.
Ironically, the deadline had been put back four times following requests from potential bidders, but in the event only one company declared an interest.
