PSA turns down Farfán

PSA, which is building the new Panamanian port of Rodman, has written to the government to advise that it will not be bidding in the tender for a second port to be built at Farfán.
This leaves just Cosco and Marine Terminals Corporation as pre-qualified bidders.
The Panamanian president has said that these two
companies would now be permitted to present a joint offer for the port.
