La Paloma gas release

A project to build a brand new port terminal at La Paloma in Uruguay has been given the blessing of the National Ports Authority.
It will be used to discharge liquefied natural gas and involve reconstruction of the railway line linking Montevideo and the port, as well as construction of a pipeline to pump gas to the south of the country.
