Turn up the heat on security

Thermal imaging is fairly new in the security and surveillance sector, but Flir Systems is positioning itself for break into the market by two technological acquisitions.
Cedip, the infrared camera specialist, and Ifara Tecnologias SL, a software provider for sensor networks, both joined Flir this year.
With Ifara's technology, Flir will be able to integrate a wide variety of sensors for any given project.
