Dispute delays Northport development

An already decade-long wrangle over legal title of the 32 hectares of seabed covered by Northport is halting plans for a new NZ$40m (US$31m) berth.
Northport chairperson Mike Daniel said title has to be secured before further investment will be made to the NZ$110m (US$85.2m) deep-water facility.
