South Korean shipping line Hanjin is to invest €375m ($597m) in the new public container terminal that it is building in the port of Algeciras in southern Spain. The shipping line believes it will be able to handle 800,000 teu in the first year of operation, scheduled for 2010, rising to 1.8m teu.
