Functional Area To take care of the Legal requirements of the Company

Job Location Sharjah, UAE

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to the Senior Management.
  • Review and Drafting of all Legal documents, agreements, amendments and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in Company Formation formalities.
  • Handle all legal matters associated with Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Process joint venture agreements and evaluate compliance requirements on new projects.

Salary Attractive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Education Should be a Graduate or Post-graduate in LAW

Experience With 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience

Other Requirements

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Arabic and UAE Laws would be an added advantage.
