Milford Haven Port Authority, the 5th largest port in the UK, manages a range of port and marine services including pilotage and conservancy. Through its commercial division the Authority operates a ship repair business, ferry terminal, marina and general cargo berths. As a trust port there is also a strong community focus.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to assist us in managing our ship repair operations.

Responsibilities will include assisting the manager to:
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage existing facilities to enhance service delivery and to maximise operational efficiency, quality and safety
• Lead and develop teams of employees
• Manage budgets and achieve profit targets

Of graduate calibre and with proven management experience, you will ideally have a mechanical engineering background. In addition, you will possess impressive leadership and interpersonal skills.
