Spinnaker are working exclusively with one of the worlds largest international marine terminal operations and development groups providing logistics and related services. Due to the high increase of business levels in the port and a subsequent restructure of the management team, there are several opportunities for Shift Managers to be based at two Container Terminals in Dubai.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all container stevedoring and yard activities during the shift with due regard for safety, quality and productivity. Planning of the discharge and load operations, yard operations and berth schedules to ensure maximum production levels and efficient and effective utilization of personnel and equipment.

The successful candidates will have supervisory / management experience in a large trans-shipment terminal environment, preferably having dealt with a TEU capacity of 5000,000 + per annum.
