TransinvestService (TIS) is the largest private Ukrainian stevedoring company. Our terminal is situated on the Black Sea, at the Adzhalik bay, 24 km to the south from The City of Odessa. It is most famous by transshipment of grains, fertilizers, coal and ore. The total throughput has reached 5.3 million tons in 2007.

In September 2007 we were proud to announce a construction of new Container Terminal with a capacity of 1.5 million TEUs per year. For this project our company has a vacancy for the positions of General Manager and Operations Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement business processes, overtake strategic leadership and share his experiences with the top-management.

The role implies a variety of responsibilities and provides an exciting opportunity to work in an emerging market environment.

The ideal candidate will have a sound education to tertiary level and possess not less than ten years working experience in senior management positions at container terminal and possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Russian is not necessary. Experience of starting up a new container terminal will be an advantage.
