Applicants are invited to apply for the Civil and Structural Asset Manager vacancy within the Asset Management Team, based at the Port of Liverpool.
Role Purpose: Civil and structural asset management activities in line with business requirements and asset management framework. To assist with asset investment decision making across the Mersey Ports' entire asset base.
The Civil and Structural Asset Manager role will include the following responsibilities:
-Account for the production, maintenance and implementation of the Integrated Engineering Management System (IEMS) and Maintenance Management System (MMS) requirements in line with the asset management framework
-Co-ordinate the Engineering CapEx and OpEx budget setting (for approval)
-Assist in developing/improving the asset management system and its integration in to Mersey activities
