Antofagasta sues government to recover land

Antofagasta Port Company (EPA) is locked in a legal battle with the state prosecutor in respect of ownership of part of its land along the Costanera Central.
The EPA claims that a 1.7 ha plot has been "illegitimately and illegally" occupied by state housing agency Serviu.
It wants the company evicted, the land returned to its ownership and compensation paid.
