ICTSI to issue additional bonds

The Royal Capital BV unit of the Philippines-based stevedoring group ICTSI is to issue bonds worth $150m.
This is a follow-on issue, linked to the successful raising of $200m in May last year, which was needed to finance new projects and acquisitions, as well as meeting day-to-day financial requirements.
