Port of Liverpool extends carrier fleet
In the United Kingdom, the Port of Liverpool has announced the purchase of six straddle carriers, bringing the fleet to 40.
The order is made up of one Liebherr and five Terex (Noell) diesel-electric straddle carriers.
Further, the equipment has been fitted with the terminal’s Navis/ITS GPRS operating platform and is fully integrated with the existing fleet.
