Tampa is focusing on moving legislation forward to enhance its competitiveness in exports

Tampa Port Authority says the newly approved House Bill 391, which eliminates the manufacturing machinery and equipment sales tax, is a victory for Florida’s competitiveness in export and international trade – but it says there’s still more work to be done.
