Liebherr-Werk Nenzing’s 100th unit order was placed by the Iranian Ports and Shipping Organisation, a long time client of the company which has now ordered a total of 26 mobile units including two LHM 250 units in 2002 and nine LHM 500 units in 2003, offering a maximum capacity of 140 tonnes and outreach of 51m.
Pakistan International Container Terminal, Karachi is to purchase Hamburg Port Consulting’s Container Terminal Information System (CTIS). The CTIS software package is being introduced against a background of growing container traffic and the need to enhance operational and documentation processes.
