Collectively Grimsby and Immingham, Hull, Goole, Rivers Hull and Humber, Rivers Trent and Ouse recorded a 16.2% of UK world trade tonnage in 2006, an increase from 15.5 per cent in 2005.
In terms of throughput, the figure for 2006 was 91.1m tonnes, an increase from 88.4m tonnes in 2005.
