Land belonging to the residents is being expropriated by the state’s Industrial Development Company as part of the LLX development.
The council has therefore instigated an investigation into the alleged irregularities, all of which are denied by both entrepreneurs and the government.
However, the President of the Council has publicly stated that there are flaws in the process.
