Hosted by the Associated British Ports (ABP) on the Humber, the event brings together industry leaders to explore economic and environmental challenges, promote collaboration and discuss sustainable strategies for the sector.
“We’ve got a lot to showcase, from our historic service capabilities to the upcoming uplift in infrastructure we’re deploying,” said Andrew Dawes, regional director – Humber at ABP, who will open the event.
The conference will be chaired by Nick Lambert of NLA International and will feature a broad programme of presentations from experts across ports, shipping and logistics.
Delegates will examine pressing topics such as route expansion, growth opportunities and the shift toward greener supply chain networks.
Key sessions will cover maritime and port operations, resilient supply chains, growth in RoRo shipping, AI and digitalisation, trade policy and market volatility, and port-centric logistics including inland waterway distribution.
Confirmed speakers include Richard Newton from Maersk Logistics and Services UK&I, Stephen Carr of Peel Ports Group, Johan-Paul Verschuure of Rebel Ports and Logistics, Tracy Jin from the Port of Esbjerg, Chris Hicks of TBA Doncaster and Theresa Huang of Amazon Web Services.
