ICTSI has been awarded a 10-year concession to operate Tartous Container Terminal in Syria, with scope for a five-year extension in the contract. Also bidding were CMA CGM, Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport/Gulf Stevedoring and OPM/PWC Logistics. Tartous, claims ICTSI, is ideally placed to serve Damascus, Iraq and Jordan.
