Concerns over Kaliningrad terminal project

The chief executive of Rosmorport has said that the project to build a new port on the Balga peninsular in Kaliningrad must be rethought, as, he claims, necessary dredging work would be so extensive it would undermine any profitability. The port is planning a 12m teu capacity container terminal.
