As much now as ever, supply chain resilience is a critical issue that will receive the expert attention of Zera Zheng at the 25th Coastlink Conference in Rotterdam next April.
A regular speaker at international forums on supply chain resilience, risk visibility and future-ready logistics, as Global Head of Supply Chain Resilience & Consulting at Maersk Zheng brings unparalleled expertise and experience to the subject.
She will be speaking under the topic Navigating Change: The impact of trade disruptions, geopolitics and market shifts, examining how the ports, shipping and logistics sectors are addressing cyber threats, criminal infiltration, operational security and supply chain resilience.
In her role at Maersk Zheng helps organizations strengthen their supply chains against disruption and uncertainty, as well as developing collaborative approaches for managing disruption and safeguarding logistics networks.
As she has previously observed: “Disruption is not about what happens to you, it’s about how you respond to what happens to you.”
Zheng has co-developed the Supply Chain Resilience Model and lead the development of Maersk Risk Management (MRM), a digital tool that provides real-time risk visibility and actionable insights for supply chains.
She has also contributed as an expert reviewer for UNCTAD’s Port Resilience Guidebook, has certifications including AMBCI and CSCP, and received the Women in Supply Chain Award in 2025.
The 25th Coastlink Conference will be held in Rotterdam, Netherlands, on 14-15 April 2027, hosted by Rotterdam Shortsea Terminals and the Port of Rotterdam.
