The precise origin of the purchased shares is not known but prior to the transaction TCBUEN SA enjoyed the status of a public limited company, with around 60 per cent of the shares held by APM Terminals and 26 per cent by Grupo Empresarial del Pac\u00edfi co (GEPSA).
