Freight volumes through Irelands&#8217; east coast facilities have grown at 6% per annum over the last 15 years as the economy has boomed, stretching facilities at Dublin to breaking point.<\/p>\n<p>DPC spent most of 2007 refusing to name Hutchison, despite strong connections between HPH and the appointed developers.<\/p>\n<p>BIP is being developed by DPC in partnership with Castle Market Holdings and funded through the partners&#8217; equity and borrowings.
