PMIS Standard Edition has been designed to meet this requirement. It follows a recent proof-ofconcept software trial conducted at several UK ports which showed that the PMIS could be dispatched as a boxed CD, installed by the port&#8217;s staff and commissioned with minimal support from Norcontrol IT.<\/p>\n<p>According to the new guidelines all port staff, contractors, drivers and visitors are required to wear identity badges.<\/p>\n<p>Recognition Express developed a differentiating colour coded system and produced the badges, complete with clips and lanyards, in compliance with Transec&#8217;s requirements.
