Phase I includes extensive land reclamation, dredging of theberthsand turning basin to the existing access channel, and 600 meters of newwharf. The contract also includes construction of a new, 21 km accessroad, on sitehousing, administration buildings, a maintenance shop, a terminal firestationand an emergency power generation station.
