With health and safety being so critical and the quality of supervision becoming increasingly important, there has never been a better time for employers to look at the skills and qualifications of their employees.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>EMTA Awards Limited (EAL) &#8211; the UK&#8217;s leading awarding body for NVQs and their Scottish equivalents &#8211; has recently introduced two new portrelated NVQs: Level 2 NVQ in Port Operations and Level 3 NVQ in Supervision of Port Operations.
