The company\u2019s container terminal operations in the Americas grew by 23% to 484,724 teu in the first half of 2010 \u2013 but much of this is Latin American growth with Tecon Suape, SA (TSSA) in Brazil taking the star role with an impressive 48% increase in volume.<\/p>\n<p>On the financial side, the company\u2019s net equity-holders income was up 83% year on year to US$42.4m due to an upsurge in revenues, modest increase in cash operating expense, and lower effective tax rate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI) has reported promising initial half-year results boosted by Asian demand.
