PSA claimed that APMT and DP World have hindered the growth of PSA\u2019s terminal by colluding on certain charges they levy at the port.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint hinges on inter-terminal transfers. Freight trains arriving at or leaving the port stop at just one terminal and other operators have to collect or drop-off their containers by truck to transfer to their own terminals. PSA claimed that APMT and DP World set a higher fee on containers that arrived at the PSA terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary findings from the probe found that APMT and DP World had co-ordinated their efforts to prevent PSA from operating effectively at the Mumbai port, Reuters said, citing two sources with direct knowledge of the case.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>APMT, DP World and PSA operate four of the port\u2019s five terminals.
