Keelung is to overlap this is with an emphasis on tourism and cruises.<\/p>\n<p>TIPC is planning an active and diverse business strategy both in Taiwan and overseas.<\/p>\n<p>Already being planned is a joint venture with a port near Suzhou in Jiangsu province China.
