The Mantsinen 200 M HybriLift is a mobile hydraulic harbour crane, mounted on a wheel based undercarriage, which has a strong track record of improving energy efficiency by up to 35%.<\/p>\n
Cuypers Vorkliften’s new crane is mainly being used for loading steel coils and other steel products and boasts impressive productivity of 60 cycles per hour in steel coil handling.<\/p>\n
Mr Van Hoylandt, owner, Cuypers Vorkliften, said: \u201cThe Mantsinen 200 M HybriLift has proven to be a very efficient, safe and economical crane for our operations. The speed of the crane is more than we expected and fuel consumption less than was calculated, so far our future plans are to utilise this modern crane in our rental ship loading and unloading operations with materials of break bulk.\u201d<\/p>\n
He pointed out that the operator has also made a repeat order for a second crane which will be delivered February 2015 and operate at the Nova & Hesse-Noord Natie Stevedoring terminal.<\/p>\n
Mantsinen said that the 200 M HybriLift is currently the strongest and largest hydraulic material handler on the market with a wheel based undercarriage. It has a crane reach of 26m and lifting capacity of 36 tonnes at 20m reach.<\/p>\n
The machine is equipped with a Stage 4 Volvo diesel engine, boosted by a Mantsinen HybriLift energy storage and recovery system.<\/p>\n
