Thereafter, any Mexicans or foreigners backed by capital of at least 100m pesos will be able to bid.<\/p>\n<p>Any type of cargo can be handled at the terminal and approval will be written into the concession for all types of warehousing.<\/p>\n<p>Technical bids are due to be opened on October 4 and those relating to finance on October 18, with the concession to be awarded on October 25.
