Ma\u0142gorzata \u017bochowska is Business Manager at Race For The Baltic, where she leads two projects \u2013 the EU-funded PortSHAZ and the Dry Bulk initiative \u2013 working closely with port authorities, terminal operators and industry partners to reduce cargo losses and the associated nutrient pollution in coastal waters. She has presented her work at major industry events, including multiple Baltic Ports Organization conferences.<\/p>\n
Her work sits at the intersection of environmental protection and commercial performance. Prior to joining Race For The Baltic, she spent four years advising leading consumer goods and retail companies \u2013 including Danone, Nestl\u00e9, Unilever, Lidl, Kaufland and Carrefour \u2013 on reducing plastic packaging across their supply chains, and led an educational campaign on the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Poland.<\/p>\n
Ma\u0142gorzata holds a degree in International Management from Gda\u0144sk University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in agriculture from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.<\/p>\n
