Initial investment will come from the government although the private sector could have a role to play in developing later phases through the use of BOT contracts.<\/p>\n<p>The port itself will be located in Van Phong Bay some 70km north of Nha Trang. It will have the deepest draught in Vietnam allowing ships drawing 22-32 metres to call.
