Capozzi, chief sales officer at Virginia International Terminals on behalf of Virginia Port Authority.<\/p>\n<p>It stated: \u201cThe Parties hereto believe it is in their mutual interest to establish an Alliance of Cooperation for information sharing aimed at generating new business by promoting the all water route between the ports of Cuba and The Port of Virginia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Alliance of Cooperation is in particular relation to possibilities for developing links that would support trade investment.<\/p>\n<p>It also stated that: \u201cThe parties are undertaking a series of activities aimed at improving customer service and have a desire to cooperate in achieving new improved business practices as well as increasing their level of vessel services available.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Within the agreement the two parties agreed to joint initiatives, marketing activities and data interchanges.
