(YTI), Marine Terminal Corporation (MTC) and TraPac, applied to the Port\u2019s 2006-07 Air Quality Mitigation Incentive Program for funding to purchase and install Vycon\u2019s flywheel energy storage systems for the terminals\u2019 RTG cranes.
