Using real-world examples, the workshop will examine why stakeholder engagement matters, the risks of poor communication, and the benefits of involving stakeholders in decision-making.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">A key feature of the workshop is its interactive format. Participants will work together to identify the groups that influence port activities, discuss stakeholder-related risks and opportunities, and share experiences from their own organisations.
