It would be using the same trickery as Odebrecht and all that of other corrupt authorities that are being discovered,\u201d said Jorge Garc\u00eda Far\u00edas, of Fentenapu.<\/p>\n<p>Before being allowed to make changes, he wants APM Terminals to respond to 6,000 complaints made by users to Ositran and also boost productivity above levels established by previous port operator Enapu.<\/p>\n<p>APM Terminals pointed out that, contrary to some beliefs, Fentenapu does not represent APM Terminals\u2019 workers at the terminal.
