Tri-party MoU<\/strong><\/p>\n A tri-party Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), was instigated by ABP\u2019s Director of Marine & Compliance, Mike McCartain and signed by all parties during a \u2018kick off\u2019 workshop at ABP\u2019s Port of Southampton.<\/p>\n The meeting was also attended by representatives of the UK Department for Transport and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.<\/p>\n Mr McCartain said: \u201cNew technologies emerge all the time which offer us exciting, additional capabilities.
