Maarten Wetselaar, chief executive of Cepsa said that the deal was a step towards the long-term viability of the Andalusian Green Hydrogen Valley, helping link northern and southern Europe with sustainable fuels.<\/p>\n

The hydrogen will be combined with nitrogen to create green ammonia which can be used as a carbon-neutral shipping fuel.
