Workforce management<\/strong><\/p>\n Athena is a workforce scheduling tool tailored for ports which is designed to manage complex workforce structures, integrate with operational systems and automate labour deployment according to skills and labour agreements.<\/p>\n The tool enables planning teams to make data-driven decisions, delivering safe, fair, and efficient workforce schedules whilst simplifying administrative tasks.<\/p>\n Cato Davies, CEO and Co-founder of Ensemble Analytics, said: \u201cUsing machine learning, Athena will help ABP to create fair, safe and efficient schedules for its workforce.
