The offshore production of green hydrogen can be many kilometres at sea. Transportation is by carriers which hold the liquid H2 in 50-tonne spheres, powered by green H2 fuel cells. The fuel is then distributed through power barges to help drive decarbonisation and support clean transport across the UK.<\/p>\n

Over the next 12 months, the two companies will collaborate on assessing H2Terminals\u2019 specific insurance requirements, evaluating risk factors, developing a customised insurance framework and creating best practices for insuring bulk LH2.<\/p>\n
